The Atlantic Food Bars ISB Series starts with a basic footprint – you select the size, and we will design a salad bar based upon our innovative refrigeration system that GUARANTEES temperature maintenance, and keeps your food looking fresh and inviting. Our base model includes NSF7 airflow refrigeration system to keep health departments happy, built in container shelf in the body to maximize merchandising in your floor space, and tubular sneezeguard design with flip up glass for ease of cleaning and loading. Add hot wells, a soup station, or upgrade the base model with options such as an end container and condiment station or our exclusive “No-Visible-Means-Of-Support” Sneezeguard, which offers optimal visibility and convenience – the glass stays up in the position in which you let go. This sneezeguard includes scratch resistant tempered glass with polished edges on the ends, top and sneeze shield. Salad dressing template option keeps your dressing bottles organized and neat. Heavy-duty custom stainless steel food pans are barely visible and keep the focus where it should be – on your food – with options including flange-free design, finger tabs for easy removal and NSF radius corners.
