The Atlantic Food Bars CEC Series offers dry heat so your fried chicharrones, carnitas, or fried chicken will stay fresh and maintain critical temperatures. Only Atlantic GUARANTEES temperature maintenance, and our hot food bars feature top & bottom heat to keep your food looking fresh and inviting.
Our base stainless steel model includes radiant top heat along with the industry’s most reliable and maintenance-free bottom heat system. Individual infinite controls on both top and bottom heat offer full coverage. Brilliant illumination in the canopy shows off the food and makes it visible from 100 feet away. The front tempered glass is frameless and tilts out for ease of cleaning. The front bumper can be bolstered with optional side bumpers to wrap the case.
Available options include sliding rear mirrored doors, which complement the mirrored ends to create a “never-ending” display of food, and offer see-through visibility to employees and a beautiful mirrored image to the customer. Customize with clear ends, or a laminated or powder coated finish in lieu of #4 satin finish stainless steel. Any case can be built to match the profile of existing cases in your store!
