Custom sizes are no problem! The Atlantic Food Bars HFB-CSZ Series Convertible Service Hot Food Bar allows you to easily switch from self to full service merchandising as desired – no tools required! The glass canopy and convertible sneezeguard are made with scratch resistant tempered glass, and the sneezeguard easily slides under the top for self-service mode. Only Atlantic GUARANTEES temperature maintenance, and our hot food bars keep your food looking fresh and inviting.

Our base model features the ability to use wet or dry heat, and includes infinite & individual controls on EACH hot well and infinite & individual FULL COVERAGE heat control on the top. Optional rear mirrored display offers see-through visibility to employees and a BEAUTIFUL mirrored image to the customer. Brilliant illumination shows off the food and makes it visible from 100 feet away!
